Weekend Gallery Opens in Kilbirnie for the Weekend

Based in what is thought to be a former 19th century carding mill, the Weekend Gallery in Kilbirnie will present a series of monthly solo shows focusing primarily on first-time exhibitors working in the West of Scotland.

Alder Arts Modern Opens in Beauly

Recently opened in Beauly, Alder Arts Modern specialises in contemporary and 20th century art, such as original lithographs by Salvador Dali, limited edition prints by Paul Cezanne, mixed media works by William Gear and a selection of screenprints by several artists from the 1960s and ‘70s.

Union Gallery Opens in Edinburgh

It has been worth the wait to see the new West End premises of Union Gallery, which has just opened with a mixed exhibition with works by familiar names such as Joyce Gunn Cairns, Norrie Harman, Keith Epps and Patsy McArthur along with new painters to the gallery, Elaine Spears and El Anderson.
