Aberfeldy Gallery in Perthshire is presenting an exhibition of work by Deborah Phillips – a painter whose compositional style and colours and textures are highly recognisable. Having first exhibited at the Royal Scottish Academy and the Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Art at the age of 14, Deborah went on to study at Dundee’s Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, where she graduated in 1987. Formerly a designer for both the National Trust for Scotland and Historic Scotland and Exhibition Convenor with the Dundee Art Society, she is now painting full-time in the same area, she is based in a studio overlooking the Firth of Tay.

Running alongside Deborah’s show is a mixed exhibition, featuring work by over 50 artists from across Scotland. Showcasing contemporary art by established and emerging Scottish artists, the Gallery has a wide range of landscape and wildlife art in a variety of styles. They deliver worldwide, free in the UK for orders over £50.
