North-East Open Studios (NEOS) is an award-winning collective of artists, makers and designers, who open their studios to the public in September every year, affording the opportunity for a wide range of creatives to their work, and for visitors to meet and chat with individual artists, see their inspirations and working methods, and discover the wealth of talent around north east Scotland. The Open Studios event serves in particular to engage a wide audience in all aspects of art, developing small-scale art and craft business in this part of Scotland, through an integrated network of professional artists and makers.
