Edinburgh gallery Hunted Projects is presenting its first exhibition of 2025 – a group exhibition inviting viewers to connect with selected artists and their creative processes, while celebrating the versatility and richness of paper as a medium.

Avoiding any overarching theme or concept, the exhibition allows each artist’s unique perspective to shine in its purest form. The works on display have been created specifically for this show, or drawn from the artists’ personal archives, spanning a dynamic range of media, techniques and conceptual approaches, including drawing, collage, painting, and mixed media.

This exhibition highlights works on paper not only as an essential foundation of artistic practice, but also as a compelling and primary form of artistic expression. Participating artists include Jon Burgerman, Ross Chisholm, Adam S Forsythe, Kevin Harman, Matt Mignanelli, Christopher Orr, Matias Paradela, David Risley, Tracey Slater, Luke Vinnicombe, and Ben Weiner, whose work is pictured above.
